The Urban Technology Project

Welcome to the Urban Technology Project (UTP) – a Philadelphia nonprofit organization with a mission to empower communities through meaningful access to technology service directly within the School District, local nonprofits and the private industry. UTP consists of two programs: Digital Service Fellows and Computer Support Specialists.
